Dans ce cas, il vous en restera certainement et vous pourrez donc utiliser le reste de bolognaise pour un autre repas. Pourquoi pas en cuisinant des <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2022\/08\/24\/roules-daubergines-bolognaise-olives-et-tomates-sechees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"roul\u00e9s d'aubergines \u00e0 la bolognaise, olives et tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es\">roul\u00e9s d&rsquo;aubergines \u00e0 la bolognaise, olives et tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/a> ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la bolognaise, voici ma recette pour 4 personnes : \u00e9pluchez et \u00e9mincez 2 oignons rouges et 4 gousses d&rsquo;ail. Epluchez et coupez en petits d\u00e9s 2 carottes. Dans une sauteuse avec 2 c \u00e0 s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, faites revenir les oignons, les carottes et l&rsquo;ail pendant 10 minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Salez, poivrez. Ajoutez 400g de b\u0153uf hach\u00e9. Salez, poivrez et laissez cuire 5 minutes en m\u00e9langeant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ajoutez 400g de pulpe de tomates, 200g de coulis de tomates et 1 c \u00e0 c de sucre de coco. Salez, poivrez, ajoutez 2 feuilles de laurier et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant 30 \u00e0 35 minutes pour que l&rsquo;eau des tomates s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore.
