Le tataki est un mode de cuisson traditionnel japonais consistant \u00e0 saisir rapidement la viande ou le poisson pour le faire griller \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur et le garder cru \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur. Une marinade est utilis\u00e9e avant ou apr\u00e8s cuisson pour donner davantage de saveurs. Pour ma part, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour une marinade type \u00ab\u00a0ponzu\u00a0\u00bb. La sauce ponzu est tr\u00e8s populaire au Japon et elle est compos\u00e9 majoritairement de sauce soja et de jus d&rsquo;agrumes. On y trouve aussi d&rsquo;autres ingr\u00e9dients moins communs (mirin, dashi&#8230;) mais je vous ai concoct\u00e9 ici une version simplifi\u00e9e et tout aussi d\u00e9licieuse !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 pr\u00e9paration, c&rsquo;est une recette tr\u00e8s facile et rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Il faudra juste \u00eatre un peu patient le temps que la viande refroidisse et s&rsquo;impr\u00e8gne du go\u00fbt de la marinade.
