A base de flocons d&rsquo;avoine, son d&rsquo;avoine, banane, \u0153uf, yaourt et pur\u00e9e de cacahu\u00e8tes, c&rsquo;est un petit-d\u00e9jeuner complet et rassasiant. Il est d\u00e9clinable tr\u00e8s facilement en utilisant la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux et les flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales de votre choix. Vous pouvez aussi remplacer une partie du son d&rsquo;avoine par de la poudre de noisettes ou de la poudre d&rsquo;amandes. On m\u00e9lange tout, on passe au micro-ondes et c&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand ce n&rsquo;est pas bowl cake au petit-d\u00e9jeuner, c&rsquo;est souvent granola.
