J&rsquo;ai donc voulu vous apporter une variante pour changer un peu : des barres \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques coco-vanille avec des morceaux de noix de macadamia. Le r\u00e9sultat est d\u00e9licieux ! Elles sont tr\u00e8s simples \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Il faudra juste \u00eatre patient le temps qu&rsquo;elles refroidissent au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Ensuite, elles se conservent jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 6 jours au frais. Pratique pour avoir des collations saines toutes pr\u00eates pour la semaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s gourmands et fans de chocolat blanc, je vous propose l&rsquo;option : \u00ab\u00a0sur lit de macadamia &amp; chocolat blanc\u00a0\u00bb. Le chocolat blanc n&rsquo;est pas \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas mais une fois de temps en temps, cela ne viendra pas impacter votre ligne ! En plus, il n&rsquo;y a que 5g par barre et il est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec du bon gras (de la pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux).
