Mais comme il fallait trancher, j&rsquo;ai opt\u00e9 pour le \u00ab\u00a0moelleux-croquant \u00e0 la poire\u00a0\u00bb. Entre la couche de g\u00e2teau moelleux \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande, la couche de poires cuites et le topping croustillant type streusel (sans beurre), c&rsquo;est vraiment un d\u00e9lice ! Et comme d&rsquo;habitude, ce petit plaisir est \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique contr\u00f4l\u00e9 ! Concernant la cong\u00e9lation, c&rsquo;est tout \u00e0 fait possible mais les poires deviendront plus molles. Personnellement, j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 le d\u00e9guster 1h apr\u00e8s la sortie du four.
