Et \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas bien s\u00fbr ! Pour le c\u0153ur couleur, j&rsquo;ai fait un m\u00e9lange de chocolat noir, pur\u00e9e d&rsquo;amandes et petits \u00e9clats d&rsquo;amandes. Les petits morceaux apportent un d\u00e9licieux croquant \u00e0 ces muffins. Vous pouvez d\u00e9cider de faire le \u00ab\u00a0c\u0153ur\u00a0\u00bb coulant plut\u00f4t au dessus comme ici ou plut\u00f4t \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur des muffins. C&rsquo;est super gourmand aussi. Comme la plupart des muffins, ils sont faciles \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et peuvent se congeler. C&rsquo;est id\u00e9al pour avoir des collations saines pr\u00eates \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\"
