Pour une version \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas, choisissez du riz complet ou du riz basmati ainsi qu&rsquo;une pur\u00e9e de cacahu\u00e8tes de qualit\u00e9, sans sucre ni sel ajout\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, vous pouvez choisir les ingr\u00e9dients de votre choix pour composer cette salade de riz \u00e0 la cacahu\u00e8te. De mon c\u00f4t\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai voulu faire une jolie salade toute jaune et verte.
