C&rsquo;est tr\u00e8s simple ! Il vous suffit de couper 3 poivrons (pour 4 personnes) en d\u00e9s puis de les faire revenir 20 minutes dans un wok avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Ajoutez un peu de sauce soja et les \u00e9pices de votre choix (ail semoule, gingembre\u2026). Pendant ce temps, faites cuire les nouilles soba selon le temps de cuisson indiqu\u00e9 sur le paquet, \u00e9gouttez et passez les sous l&rsquo;eau froide (pour ne pas qu&rsquo;elles collent).
