Le riz vinaigr\u00e9 japonais, malheureusement \u00e0 IG haut, est remplac\u00e9 ici par du riz du chou-fleur. Avec un plus du saumon frais, de l&rsquo;avocat et du concombre, c&rsquo;est un v\u00e9ritable combo gagnant pour une alimentation saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le riz de chou-fleur, c&rsquo;est quoi ? Ce sont des fleurettes de chou-fleur crues mix\u00e9es jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;une texture semblable \u00e0 celle du riz.
