Frit et sucr\u00e9 ? Vous allez dire que ce n&rsquo;est pas une association id\u00e9ale dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation saine ! Et vous avez raison ! J&rsquo;ai donc revisit\u00e9 ce plat en prenant du chou-fleur, en utilisant des ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas et en optant pour une cuisson au four (plut\u00f4t que dans l&rsquo;huile). R\u00e9sultat, ce chou-fleur caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 IG bas est sain mais surtout, il reste tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s gourmand !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai accompagn\u00e9 ce chou-fleur caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 de riz complet, de quelques feuilles de coriandre fra\u00eeche et de quelques rondelles de tiges de c\u00e9bettes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Envie de cuisiner le chou-fleur autrement ?
