Et le r\u00e9sultat est top : ils sont super moelleux et a\u00e9riens ! Nul besoin de monter les blancs en neige pour obtenir cette texture. Il vous faudra juste \u00eatre peu patient pour laisser reposer la p\u00e2te 30 minutes. Il y a plusieurs \u00e9coles sur ce sujet mais cela m&rsquo;a permis d&rsquo;obtenir cette texture bien moelleuse !
