Je l&rsquo;ai l\u00e9g\u00e8rement revisit\u00e9 pour y ajouter des l\u00e9gumes et le rendre plus complet nutritionnellement. Ce rougail saucisse est un plat familial tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et il se cong\u00e8le parfaitement. Id\u00e9al si vous souhaitez prendre un peu d&rsquo;avance sur les menus de la semaine ! Pour un repas complet et \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas, servez le avec du riz complet ou du riz basmati.
