Le ceviche est une des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s colombiennes sur la c\u00f4te Cara\u00efbe et Pacifique. C&rsquo;est un plat \u00e0 base de poisson cru ou de crustac\u00e9s marin\u00e9s dans du citron, de la coriandre, du piment et de l&rsquo;oignon. Je vous ai donc concoct\u00e9 un ceviche aux agrumes agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de segments d&rsquo;orange, de radis et de graines de grenade.
