Ajoutez les pommes, m\u00e9langez, couvrez et laissez cuire 10 minutes. Ajoutez les bananes, couvrez et laissez cuire 5 minutes. Mixez grossi\u00e8rement le m\u00e9lange obtenu (ou compl\u00e8tement si vous ne souhaitez pas avoir de morceaux).<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17054514638686678\" class=\"direction-step\">Concassez les noix de macadamia.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a71a74a1713\" class=\"direction-step\">Une fois le temps de repos de la p\u00e2te \u00e9coul\u00e9, r\u00e9alisez les cr\u00eapes dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9rente et bien chaude (environ 1 minute \u00e0 1 minute 30 de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9).<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-1706105933213259\" class=\"direction-step\">R\u00e9alisez les samoussas : prenez une cr\u00eape et coupez la en 2 pour obtenir 2 demi-cercles. Sur un demi-cercle, mettez l&rsquo;\u00e9quivalent d&rsquo;1 \u00e0 2 c \u00e0 c de compot\u00e9e sur la partie gauche et jusqu&rsquo;au centre ainsi que quelques morceaux de noix de macadamia. Rabattez la partie arrondie sur une partie de la compot\u00e9e puis repliez sur la droite pour former un triangle. Faites de m\u00eame pour former les 11 autres samoussas (je vous ai mets les \u00e9tapes dans une vid\u00e9o en bas de page).<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17061062140092989\" class=\"direction-step\">Dans une po\u00eale bien chaude avec un peu d&rsquo;huile de cuisson, faites dorer les samoussas quelques secondes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. D\u00e9gustez.
