En plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre super color\u00e9e, cette salade de lentilles aux agrumes est saine et savoureuse ! Facile et relativement rapide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, vous devez absolument la tester. Le peps des agrumes associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la fermet\u00e9 des lentilles, au fondant de l&rsquo;avocat et au croquant des noisettes est \u00e0 tomber ! Et la petite vinaigrette acidul\u00e9e est parfaite pour relever le tout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les lentilles sont excellentes dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Tr\u00e8s riches en fibres et en prot\u00e9ines, elles sont rassasiantes et sont une parfaite alternative aux prot\u00e9ines animales.
