Cette fois-ci, je vous propose une recette \u00e0 base d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9, une c\u00e9r\u00e9ale id\u00e9ale dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Ce risotto d&rsquo;orge courgettes et petits pois est tr\u00e8s \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 et il n&rsquo;en est pas moins gourmand !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sauce \u00e0 base de cr\u00e8me de soja, courgettes mix\u00e9es, jus de citron vert et basilic apporte du cr\u00e9meux et surtout beaucoup de saveurs ! Et pour couronner le temps, le parmesan ajoute une touche de gourmandise suppl\u00e9mentaire.
