Je vous conseille quand m\u00eame de d\u00e9guster ces chaussons IG bas quelques minutes apr\u00e8s la sortie du four pour que \u00e7a soit meilleur. En effet, la p\u00e2te va ramollir au fur et \u00e0 mesure de la conservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous les d\u00e9gustez par exemple le lendemain, vous pouvez les faire r\u00e9chauffer quelques secondes au micro-ondes pour redonner du fondant au chocolat et aux pommes (ou au four si vous avez l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 allum\u00e9 pour une autre recette). Dans une casserole avec 1 c \u00e0 c d&rsquo;huile de coco, faites revenir les pommes pendant 10 \u00e0 12 minutes avec 1 c \u00e0 c de sucre de coco. Puis mixez les tout en gardant des morceaux pour ne pas obtenir une pur\u00e9e lisse. R\u00e9servez.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a177b9c13b0\" class=\"direction-step\">Pr\u00e9parez la p\u00e2te : m\u00e9langez la farine d&rsquo;\u00e9peautre T150, la farine d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9, le sucre de coco. Ajoutez l&rsquo;huile de coco et l&rsquo;eau, m\u00e9langez et formez une boule. A l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, abaissez la p\u00e2te sur une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 puis formez des rectangles d&rsquo;environ 15 cm sur 5 cm (j&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;abord fait 3 rectangles puis j&rsquo;ai reform\u00e9 une boule et abaiss\u00e9 de nouveau la p\u00e2te pour faire 3 autres rectangles).<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a177b9c13b1\" class=\"direction-step\">Sur chaque rectangle, mettez environ 2 c \u00e0 c de pommes sur la moiti\u00e9 tout en laissant quelques mm sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Refermez avec la partie de la p\u00e2te o\u00f9 il n&rsquo;y a pas de pomme. Aplatissez sur les c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour sceller puis appuyez avec le dos d&rsquo;une fourchette sur les 4 c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Recommencez l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration pour les 5 autres chaussons. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rez au moins 30 minutes.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-65a177b9c13b2\" class=\"direction-step\">Une fois le temps de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration \u00e9coul\u00e9, fouettez un \u0153uf avec 1 c \u00e0 s d&rsquo;eau. Etalez un peu d&rsquo;\u0153uf battu sur les chaussons. Enfournez 20 minutes dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0. A d\u00e9guster quelques minutes apr\u00e8s la sortie du four pour que \u00e7a soit encore meilleur !
