Ultra moelleuses et savoureuses, je suis s\u00fbre que vous allez les adorer. Elles sont tr\u00e8s faciles \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Il vous suffira de mixer les ingr\u00e9dients et de former de boulettes. Petite astuce pour la fa\u00e7onnage : mouillez vous l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les mains. Cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9viter que le m\u00e9lange ne colle aux mains. Et \u00e7a fonctionne pour beaucoup de recettes ! Faites le revenir 10 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen dans une sauteuse avec 1 c \u00e0 s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive. Apr\u00e8s 5 minutes de cuisson, ajoutez 1 c \u00e0 s de sauce soja et 1 c \u00e0 c de curry en poudre.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17029151964647700\" class=\"direction-step\">Dans la sauteuse, ajoutez ensuite la cr\u00e8me de coco et le jus de citron vert. Laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu moyen\/doux pendant 10 minutes.<\/li><li id=\"wpzoom-rcb-direction-step-17029152331018389\" class=\"direction-step\">Une fois le temps de r\u00e9frig\u00e9ration des boulettes termin\u00e9e, faites les revenir \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans 1 c \u00e0 s d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive pendant 5 \u00e0 7 minutes. Retournez les r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour les faire dorer sur chaque face puis transvasez les dans la sauteuse avec la sauce coco-curry.
