Je vous ai concoct\u00e9 ici une variante de la version classique du dahl de lentilles corail : un dahl de lentilles \u00e0 la courge butternut. Les d\u00e9s de courge apportent des l\u00e9gumes et une texture fondante et les graines de courge apportent du croquant. Un d\u00e9licieux m\u00e9lange ! Et pour ne pas vous d\u00e9plaire, cette recette est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et n\u00e9cessite peu de pr\u00e9parations.
