Et c&rsquo;est une excellente option pour un repas v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien ou vegan \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. La d\u00e9licieuse sauce \u00e0 base de pur\u00e9e de cacahu\u00e8tes donne beaucoup de saveurs au tofu. Apr\u00e8s avoir fait cette recette, je suis certaine que vous ne direz plus que le tofu est fade ! N&rsquo;oubliez pas de les servir avec du citron vert et des feuilles de coriandre.
