Apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/healthyliciouus.com\/index.php\/2022\/12\/30\/galettes-de-chou-fleur-et-quinoa-a-lasiatique\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"mes galettes de chou-fleur et quinoa \u00e0 l'asiatique\">mes galettes de chou-fleur et quinoa \u00e0 l&rsquo;asiatique<\/a>, je vous propose des galettes de lentilles corail et carottes. Elles sont moelleuses et tr\u00e8s savoureuses. J&rsquo;aime bien ajouter des l\u00e9gumineuses ou des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales dans mes galettes de l\u00e9gumes car \u00e7a les rend plus rassasiantes. Un r\u00e9sultat qui convient parfaitement dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les accompagner, j&rsquo;ai fait 2 petites sauces. La premi\u00e8re est toute simple : yaourt grecque, coriandre fra\u00eeche, citron vert et sel, poivre. Pour l&rsquo;autre, je suis partie de la m\u00eame base et je l&rsquo;ai mix\u00e9e avec un avocat.
