Je reviens donc avec une nouvelle recette coup de c\u0153ur : une salade de quinoa au saumon marin\u00e9. La marinade du saumon est d&rsquo;inspiration asiatique. J&rsquo;ai fait un d\u00e9licieux m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same, de sauce soja et de jus citron vert. J&rsquo;esp\u00e8re que \u00e7a sera aussi un coup de c\u0153ur pour vous !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le quinoa est un ingr\u00e9dient que vous retrouvez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans mes recettes \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. En effet, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses fibres et ses prot\u00e9ines, il nous permet d&rsquo;\u00eatre rassasi\u00e9 plus longtemps et ainsi que mieux g\u00e9rer notre poids. C&rsquo;est aussi un excellent alli\u00e9 pour ceux qui suivent un r\u00e9gime v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien\/vegan : il contient les neuf acides amin\u00e9s essentiels, c&rsquo;est \u00e0 dire les acides amin\u00e9s que l&rsquo;organisme ne sait pas fabriquer. Et enfin, il est sans gluten donc il convient aussi aux personnes qui y sont intol\u00e9rantes.
