Ces muffins coco qui allient la pomme et l&rsquo;amande sont sans h\u00e9siter \u00e0 tester rapidement. En plus, ils sont faciles et rapides \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Compos\u00e9s d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 IG bas, ils seront parfaits pour combler sainement une petite envie sucr\u00e9e au moment du go\u00fbter. En fonction de votre moule, il faudra juste adapter le temps de cuisson : 13 minutes environ pour des mini muffins et environ 17 minutes pour des gros muffins (la cuisson peut varier de plus ou moins
