Rien de plus facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer que des crackers ! Et en plus, c&rsquo;est bien meilleur que les crackers industriels (au go\u00fbt et pour la sant\u00e9) ! Pour ajouter une petite touche d&rsquo;originalit\u00e9, je vous propose des crackers au zaatar. Bien s\u00fbr, comme toutes mes recettes, ils sont compos\u00e9s \u00e0 base d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Vous pouvez trouver assez facilement du zaatar en \u00e9picerie fine ou dans des magasins d&rsquo;\u00e9pices. Si vous n&rsquo;en avez pas, vous pouvez faire un m\u00e9lange de thym, graines de s\u00e9same, sumac (\u00e9picerie fine ou magasins d&rsquo;\u00e9pices) et fleur de sel.
