En p\u00e2tisserie, les bananes permettent d&rsquo;obtenir des petites douceurs plus saines. Moins de sucre et moins de gras ! Pour un r\u00e9sultat \u00e0 IG bas, veillez \u00e0 choisir des bananes pas trop m\u00fbres (non t\u00e2ch\u00e9es). Dans ce cas, utilisez un mixeur pour les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e plus facilement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9gustez ces banana muffins quelques minutes apr\u00e8s la sortie du four : ils sont encore meilleurs ! Si vous les mangez le lendemain, je vous conseille de les passer quelques secondes au micro-ondes. Ils retrouveront alors tout leur moelleux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec la recette ci-dessous, vous pouvez faire 12 mini muffins ou 6 gros muffins. En fonction de votre moule, il faudra juste adapter le temps de cuisson : 13 minutes environ pour des mini muffins et environ 17 minutes pour des gros muffins (la cuisson peut \u00eatre de plus ou
