Elle saura parfaitement accompagner votre barbecue ou votre plancha. Bien s\u00fbr, vous pouvez aussi la d\u00e9guster seule ! Elle est \u00e0 la fois gourmande, compl\u00e8te et rassasiante gr\u00e2ce au m\u00e9lange c\u00e9r\u00e9ales (riz), l\u00e9gumineuses (haricots rouges) et ol\u00e9agineux (noix de p\u00e9can). Id\u00e9al pour \u00e9viter les petits creux quelques heures apr\u00e8s le repas !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saviez-vous que les noix de p\u00e9can viennent du Mexique ? Et c&rsquo;est la raison pour laquelle vous en trouvez dans cette salade de riz \u00e0 la mexicaine.
