A l&rsquo;origine, c&rsquo;est une salade tr\u00e8s rafraichissante qui m\u00e9lange de nombreuses crudit\u00e9s. J&rsquo;y ai mis ma touche personnelle en y ajoutant des pois chiches et des morceaux de halloumi grill\u00e9s. En ajoutant des l\u00e9gumineuses, cela permet d&rsquo;obtenir une salade compl\u00e8te, plus rassasiante et toujours \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique bas. Et pour le halloumi, c&rsquo;est tout simplement pour ajouter un petit c\u00f4t\u00e9 gourmand\u2026 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les ingr\u00e9dients de la recette, vous trouverez du sumac. Cette \u00e9pice originaire du Moyen-Orient apporte un go\u00fbt acidul\u00e9 et fruit\u00e9.
