A base de carottes, lentilles corail, jus d&rsquo;orange et curcuma, ce velout\u00e9 acidul\u00e9 est sain, gourmand et rassasiant. J&rsquo;en fais \u00e0 chaque fois un peu plus pour en avoir d&rsquo;avance et agr\u00e9menter soupes et salades.
