Ces muffins sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, bien s\u00fbr, avec des pommes mais aussi avec\u2026 Des pignons de pin caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s ! Ils apportent beaucoup de saveurs et surtout du croquant. Et comme d&rsquo;habitude, ces muffins ont un index glyc\u00e9mique bas. N&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez donc pas \u00e0 les mettre au menu de vos prochains go\u00fbters !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec la recette ci-dessous, vous pouvez faire 12 mini muffins ou 6 gros muffins. En fonction de votre moule, il faudra juste adapter le temps de cuisson : 13 minutes environ pour des mini muffins et 17 minutes pour des gros muffins. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
