A l&rsquo;origine, cette recette se compose de poulet et d&rsquo;une sauce \u00e0 base de yaourt, noix de coco, noix de cajou et \u00e9pices. Je suis s\u00fbre que ce korma revisit\u00e9 fera aimer le tofu aux plus r\u00e9ticents. Avec la sauce, c&rsquo;est vraiment un d\u00e9lice !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;accompagnement, j&rsquo;ai choisi du riz basmati et des courgettes coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s et revenues avec un peu d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive.
