Ce poulet au pesto, \u00e0 la mozzarella di bufala et aux tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es est un vrai d\u00e9lice ! Pour l&rsquo;accompagner, je vous conseille des p\u00e2tes compl\u00e8tes au pesto ainsi que quelques morceaux de tomate (ou d&rsquo;un autre l\u00e9gume).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le pesto, j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 des amandes \u00e0 la place des pignons de pin. Cela permet d&rsquo;avoir une recette plus \u00e9conomique et le r\u00e9sultat est tout aussi savoureux !
