Apr\u00e8s avoir go\u00fbt\u00e9 ces rillettes de thon, vous ne reviendrez certainement plus \u00e0 la version industrielle ! Elles sont bien relev\u00e9es et tr\u00e8s faciles \u00e0 faire. Vous pouvez d\u00e9cliner la recette en utilisant du saumon. Faites cuire un pav\u00e9 de saumon de 150g environ 2 minutes au micro-ondes, laissez-le refroidir puis \u00e9miettez-le et  m\u00e9langez-le avec les m\u00eames ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette recette contient de raifort, un condiment que j&rsquo;utilise peu dans mes recettes mais qui est parfait pour relever des plats. Vous en trouverez normalement au rayon condiments de votre supermarch\u00e9. Et si ce n&rsquo;est pas le cas, vous en trouverez certainement dans une \u00e9picerie fine.
