Entre le sarrasin grill\u00e9 et d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9, la boisson v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e0 la noisette et les noisettes torr\u00e9fi\u00e9es, c&rsquo;est un vrai d\u00e9lice ! Pour le topping, ajoutez le fruit de votre choix selon la saison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un IG plus bas, il faudra \u00eatre patient car il faut laisser refroidir le porridge de sarrasin avant de le d\u00e9guster (et c&rsquo;est encore mieux de le passer une nuit au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur). Il est aussi possible de r\u00e9aliser un porridge sans cuisson. Dans ce cas, il faut laisser gonfler les flocons ou autres toute la nuit. C&rsquo;est une pr\u00e9paration qui aura un IG plus bas qu&rsquo;un porridge avec cuisson.
