Ce bowl au chou rouge avec des patates douces, des pousses d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards et des d\u00e9s d&rsquo;avocat est tr\u00e8s complet. Et pour apporter un peu de croustillants, j&rsquo;ai mis par-dessus des haricots blancs croustillants au paprika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faire r\u00f4tir les l\u00e9gumineuses au four pour les rendre croustillantes est une super astuce pour en faire manger aux plus r\u00e9ticents.
