Facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, vous allez d\u00e9couvrir (ou red\u00e9couvrir) des saveurs avec ce poulet au miso. Pour une version v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, vous pouvez remplacer le poulet par du tofu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le miso est un aliment ferment\u00e9 typique de la cuisine japonaise, riche en prot\u00e9ines et avec un go\u00fbt sal\u00e9. Il existe plusieurs types de miso. Ils sont tous fabriqu\u00e9s de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re mais avec des ingr\u00e9dients diff\u00e9rents. Son processus de fabrication est le suivant : on r\u00e9alise un koji (l&rsquo;orge ou le riz est cuit et ensemenc\u00e9 d&rsquo;un champignon) qui est ensuite sal\u00e9 et m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 des graines de soja cuites et \u00e9cras\u00e9es. Cette pr\u00e9paration fermente ensuite plus ou moins longtemps selon le miso souhait\u00e9. Plus il est ferment\u00e9, plus il est fonc\u00e9, sal\u00e9 et avec un go\u00fbt prononc\u00e9.
