C&rsquo;est donc chose faite avec ce banana bread sans gluten, agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 de d\u00e9licieuses amandes \u00e9mond\u00e9es et effil\u00e9es. Gourmand et moelleux, tout en ayant un index glyc\u00e9mique contr\u00f4l\u00e9, cette nouvelle recette sera votre alli\u00e9e pour un petit-d\u00e9jeuner sain ou une collation saine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez faire cette recette dans des mini moules \u00e0 cake ou dans un moule \u00e0 cake classique. Je vous mets la recette ci-dessous pour un moule \u00e0 cake classique. Pour des versions individuelles, il faudra compter environ 25 minutes de cuisson et vous pourrez en faire \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s 8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette recette, j&rsquo;ai mis du psyllium. C&rsquo;est un ingr\u00e9dient que j&rsquo;utilise beaucoup dans mes recettes sans gluten car il donne un rendu plus moelleux et \u00e9vite le c\u00f4t\u00e9 friable.
