C&rsquo;est chose faite avec cette nouvelle recette ultra gourmande : une tarte choco-cacahu\u00e8tes avec une couche de caramel r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;abricots secs et de cacahu\u00e8tes et une couche de ganache au chocolat noir. Et bien s\u00fbr, comme toutes mes autres cr\u00e9ations, cette recette est \u00e0 index glyc\u00e9mique contr\u00f4l\u00e9 ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette ci-dessous convient pour 5 tartes individuelles Formez une boule puis abaissez-la \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie. Coupez le chocolat en morceaux, ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de fleur de sel puis versez la cr\u00e8me tr\u00e8s chaude sur le chocolat. Couvrez et laissez fondre 2 minutes. M\u00e9langez.
