Sans beurre et compos\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de farine d&rsquo;orge mond\u00e9, ils sont parfaits dans le cadre d&rsquo;une alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, saine et \u00e0 IG bas. C\u00f4t\u00e9 pratique, ils peuvent \u00eatre pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;avance puis congel\u00e9s. Dans ce cas, passez-les quelques secondes en micro-ondes avant de les servir pour leur redonner tout leur moelleux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour cette recette, vous aurez besoin de seulement 50g de pesto.
