C&rsquo;est une recette ultra facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser : quelques l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 couper et ensuite il s&rsquo;agit uniquement de faire cuire les ingr\u00e9dients. Id\u00e9al pour manger sainement facilement !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de prot\u00e9ines animales dans l&rsquo;assiette, il est important d&rsquo;avoir des substituts qui apportent les prot\u00e9ines n\u00e9cessaires au bon fonctionnement de notre organisme. Dans ce curry vert de pois cass\u00e9s, l&rsquo;association pois cass\u00e9s et riz basmati (l\u00e9gumineuses et c\u00e9r\u00e9ales) est id\u00e9ale pour assimiler correctement les prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales contenues dans les pois cass\u00e9s.
