Cette tarte aux l\u00e9gumes verts, ch\u00e8vre frais et pignons de pin est d\u00e9licieuse et \u00e0 IG bas. Et en plus, elle est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser (y compris la p\u00e2te, promis !). Pour les l\u00e9gumes verts, j&rsquo;ai fait un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;\u00e9pinards et de fleurettes de brocolis. Vous pouvez facilement les changer pour d&rsquo;autres l\u00e9gumes en fonction de la saison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte, vous pouvez utiliser la farine de votre choix, m\u00eame si je vous conseille de ne pas mettre 100% de farine int\u00e9grale. Je trouve qu&rsquo;elle rend la p\u00e2te plus lourde alors je vous pr\u00e9conise de remplacer la moiti\u00e9 par de la farine d&rsquo;orge (ou autre farine). Ajustez ensuite l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 1 ou 2 cl pr\u00e8s (certaines farines \u00ab\u00a0boivent\u00a0\u00bb plus que d&rsquo;autres).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity
